              2002 Audi S4 Avant 6sp Non-warranty (it's a 2002) Brought the car in for a alarm system error that I could not disable. Alarm would trip at random times. Autolocking feature of the car meant I could not disable the alarm without leaving a door ajar. Jeremy et al tracked the problem to the rear window defrost circuit resistance degraded out of limits. The standard solution would have been to replace the glass with a new part. I gave them the challenge of finding a solution that kept the otherwise perfectly functioning glass and also solved the alarm problem. Jeremy and your mechanic(s) were tenacious in tracking down this problem and coming up with a solution that would fix it within the budget constraints I gave them, not devalue the car, and not create unnecessary waste, ie. tossing out a perfectly good window. Car has been spoiled with Pignataro service quality since 2007. Thanks, Eric Olson

              Having moved recently from Florida, where I bought my 2011 Jetta Wagon, this was my first visit to your dealership for the 30,000 mile check-up.               I took my 2012 Jetta Sportwagen in for its 10,000 mile service. Trevor was my service representative and did a great job. Just before I picked up the car he reviewed my paperwork noticed one more thing that needed attention. In a few minutes the work was done and I was on the road.               As soon as I showed up, they were ready to take my vehicle, and assured me that it would be done within a few hours. When I showed up (a bit late, because I lost track of time) they greeted me like a friend and directed me toward the cashier. The whole experience was so unbelievably painless!

              Really like the car, it was exactly what I was looking for. I have owned many air cooled Volkswagens but this is my first liquid cooled. I stepped up and went for the TDI, I know I'll be happy with it. I also have a '67 Beetle that was my daily driver except when I needed to drive the gas hog truck. Now I'll just use the Bug for back road cruises and car shows. Jeff Long,(salesperson), was very knowledgeable and explained all the features of the car in a way even I could understand and Tim in finance made the purchase a piece of cake. Have gone 250 miles and still have over 1/2 tank of fuel. Thank you, Rick Swapp

              This was just a simple oil change and a complimentary (use of coupon) car wash. The service representative was great, everything was done on time as promised and I was even given a cup of coffee while I waited. I feel like I shouldn't even mention anything about the car wash since it was at n/c but thought that constructive criticism might of some use. It would have not been satisfactory if I had of been charged for the wash. A few patches here and there (small amount and not many) were left dirty. I hope this is helpful, Philip Lepley
