              2006 vw jetta , nice helpful people,...

              2006 VW Jetta , nice helpful people, service was excellent. My complaint is not about service received, but the price I had to pay & the trouble I went thru just to get a key made. It seems I didn't have a choice but to bring car in, towing service & to have key program, it was a total of 5 hrs spent to get this all done not to mention the cost & then to top it off I could not afford a remote control, I am retired & on a fixed budget, we the retired consumer pretty much gets screwed by company itself .. oh well this will not fix the issue however, the service was great.

              Brought our touareg for glove box...

              Brought our Touareg for Glove Box replacement and was taken very good care of. Also our Beetle needed a new Turn Signal Bulb and was replaced promptly. Had to order a new bottom grill for Beetle to be fixed at a date to be determined. Thanks Jeremy for everything you have helped us with.

              My 2013 jetta wagon needed its 20,000 mile...

              My 2013 Jetta wagon needed its 20,000 mile service. I called Pignataro VW and was offered a next day slot. I opted for the day after as it was more convenient. Had a very quick and easy check in and was shuttled back to my office in a timely manner. Likewise the return shuttle and the paperwork was quick and easy. I had one small issue that I thought they may not find as it was intermittent but they did and it was fixed. Good follow up call the next day as well.

              I did the drop-in oil change with no appt...

              I did the drop-in oil change with no appt it took longer than I anticipated and I only had 1 vehicle ahead of me. Will I try it again? Dunno? I have to drive 1/2 hr to get here, wait 2.5 hrs and then drive back home. My other choice is to get an oil change with the numerous local places. I do like Pignataro VW!

              I had an issue with a part falling off of...

              I had an issue with a part falling off of my drivers seat that controls the seat back. The staff did a great job explaining what they were doing trying to correct the situation. Even though I will have to bring the car back in, I really appreciate that personAl service.

              My experience at Pignataro VW for the past couple of years, ever sense Jeremy Harbison became our service consultant, has been excellent. Moving him from being a mechanic to the Service Desk was a very smart move. He is great. Bravo!

              I brought my 2012 jetta tdi wagon in for...

              I brought my 2012 Jetta TDI wagon in for 70k service and also reported occasional mis-firing when the engine is cold over the last couple of months. The service advisor listened carefully and after talking to the mechanic said that VW has a programming adjustment to the fuel injection computer that helps the engine adapt to the winter blends of diesel. I was enthusiastic to know that there was a known, simple adjustment for this problem. I was disappointed when told that this programing adjustment would cost me approx $85 to have done. Though my service department interaction was positive I am very disappointed that VW/Pignataro will not cover the cost of a simple programming update that requires no parts and a limited amount of time and will correct an issue that is not caused by wear/tear or operator error. Obviously this is not a huge deal but more a nuisance and sign of poor product support.
