I purchased my EOS on May 31st. Feeling rushed to agree on the sale despite it being too dark to visualize the vehicle, I signed on the bottom line- with the verbal agreement from my salesman to investigate the car and bring it back in on a Wed to install the bra component. My sales agent said this was fine which was later agreed upon by Michael, sales manager, as was shown to me when I brought my car back in on Wed night June 5 with a 12-item fix list. Michael was more than compliant with my issues with the vehicle and so I left it with Pignataro for 1 week- when I finally picked it up it was immaculate with everything on that list fixed including the 'bra' issue and a smooth running transmission; I am so pleased with the work that was done with my vehicle that I will promote Pignataro VW to all my friends and family. I feel that your dealership is top notch and will continue to fair best among car dealerships on the West Coast. Scheduled a service appt. for an agreed upon fix on 2012 passat, also mentioned about an apparent rain leak on driver's door. Both issues were resolved within the estimated time given, watched car get brought around to the front and parked then had an extended time waiting, we were in the waiting area and never were notified by the cashier/checkout person where the keys/paper work were at that we were ready to go. Not until the service writer noticed we were still waiting did he proceed to ask the cashier why we were still waiting. She stated that she did not know we were there. We had gone for a walk but had returned to the dealership before the estimated finish time and also confirmed that my cell number was available for any contact. All in all was satisfied with the experience just a little delayed on leaving Thank you, Bill Follett

The best experience I have had buying a car and i buy a car every 2 years. Eric and the staff were very friendly not pushy very knowlegable and professional.
