Brought in by 2012 Golf TDI with 6000 miles after check engine light came on going to work on monday 5/20/13. Called and was able to get appointment that day. They got me right in when I got to the service drive. They looked at my car and in less than 30 minutes came back and said there was a problem with the ECU or wiring, and would need more time to diagnose. I was given a rental car and was on my way home in less than 45 minutes from when I came in. Great service and people. Advisor Bil was great. I got a call the next day amd was told car was fixed and ready to go. I pick up my car and was told a )2 sensor went bad and was replaced. I was in and out of your facility in less than 15 minutes. We brought our 2004 VW Passat v-6 in for what we thought was a transmission issue and an intermittent misfire in the engine. Jeremy, our service adviser, explained what was done and what they had found, and gave us several options. The transmission problem was checked out and found not to be severe enough yet to warrant further expensive service, and the hesitation we experienced with the car turned out to be related to the engine misfire. The work done was inline with what we were expecting to pay, and seemed to be kept to a minimum as this was not warranty work.
